Job Description
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in building a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR data.
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Coordinate payroll, attendance, leaves, and benefits (if applicable).
Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
Ensure company policies and labor laws are followed.
Prepare HR reports and documentation.
Assist in HR audits and compliance checks.
Support leadership in HR strategy and workforce planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR or a related role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and HR software.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
